Supply and installation of approximately 500 square meters of honed St Font and polished Comblanchien limestone together with Verde Guatemala marble accent border to the ground floor main entrance. The project also called for the installation of Massangis Roche Claire limestone to the vending points on levels 1 to 5 and the 1st floor reception, main servery and dining areas, approximately 300 square meters.

The pre–tender period included extensive discussions with the architects to provide a hardwearing limestone to meet the needs of a major office development in London, with emphasis on colour, slip resistance and durability. After the award of this contract, preliminary shop drawings were undertaken for the architects to obtain approval for stone layouts and general interfaces with other trades. A full size mockup was produced in France which was viewed by the design team and approval was given after the range was agreed by the architect. |
