15 and 16 Grosvenor Street
15 Grosvenor Street is a listed Grade II building. A new build office development was constructed behind the retained faade and one room depth. The building was originally connected to 16 Grosvenor Street to form a single office building. The project called for the redevelopment of the two into single buildings. New entrance doors and a porch have been constructed in no 15 giving access off Grosvenor Street into a new reception area.
